The Resak Gas Complex is located in Block PM-6 approximately 135 km Northeast of Kerteh, off the coast of Terengganu, offshore Malaysia with a water depth of approximately 62 m to 65 m.
The Resak Complex consists of three bridge-linked platforms which are the Drilling & Riser Platform (RDP-A), the Production and Living Quarters Platform (RCPP), as well as the Flare Tripod Platform (RFP). The Resak Field started operating in 2000 with a minimum design life of 30 years.
The RCPP is an integrated modular deck supported by an eight-legged steel jacket while the RDP-A is a four-legged steel jacket supporting the topside.
The RFP is a conventional three-legged centre-piled jacket (tripod). Gas and condensate production at the RDP-A is routed to the RCPP connected to compression and dehydration processes. via a 86-metres long bridge.
