FGV is one of the world’s largest producers of crude palm oil (CPO), accounting for about 15% of Malaysia’s total annual production of CPO.

FGV operates in 9 countries across Asia, the Middle East, North America and Europe. FGV is a Malaysia-based agri-business listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia on 28 June 2012.

The initial public offering which was the world’s third largest raised RM10.4 billion.

It was initially incorporated as a commercial arm of Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) in 2007 to oversee investments in the upstream and downstream palm oil businesses as well as other agri-businesses.
